Wuyi Rock Oolong - Oolong Tea

Wuyi Rock Oolong is a distinctive Chinese oolong known for its smooth depth, floral character, and signature mineral quality. Grown in the rocky terrain of Fujian Province, this traditional semi-oxidized tea develops a layered cup that is rich without feeling heavy.

Steeping Instructions

3-5 mins  195-203° F  1 heaped tsp./6-8 oz serving

For a more traditional preparation, briefly rinse the leaves with hot water and discard the first rinse. Re-steep for approximately 1 minute, increasing the steeping time slightly with each additional infusion.
