Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from Point Loma Tea, you will receive recurring deliveries of the selected product based on the frequency and duration you choose at checkout.
Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each scheduled shipment unless the subscription is prepaid.
Managing Your Subscription
You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Links to manage your subscription are included in your order confirmation emails, or you may contact us for assistance.
Changes to a subscription must be made before the next billing date in order to apply to the upcoming shipment.
Billing
Your payment method will be automatically charged according to the subscription schedule selected at checkout.
If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again or contact you to update your payment information.
Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. However, cancellations must be made prior to the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next order from processing.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns
Subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Consumable products such as tea are final sale and not eligible for return due to food safety regulations.
Subscription Program Changes
Point Loma Tea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel subscription programs at any time.
Customers will be notified if significant changes occur.
