I have been purchasing this tea for a few months now because it's effective. I got it for myself since I have had trouble getting to sleep, but my husband is also enjoying the tea and it's benefits, too. I love the fragrance of the tea, as well. If you are not on any meds on which Valerian Root or St.John's Wart would have a negative effect, then I would highly recommend you try out this blend!
