Organic milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is a naturally caffeine-free herbal tea with a mild, slightly nutty, and earthy flavor. Enjoy it on its own or blended with other herbs for a soothing and well-rounded infusion.

Tip: Lightly crush the seeds before steeping for a fuller infusion.
