We had an absolutely fabulous afternoon tea service at Point Loma Tea. It was the perfect choice to celebrate our mother's birthday. The location is intimate and charming and there was a delicious selection of finger sandwiches and desserts as well as a diverse offering of teas. We loved browsing in the shop after and picked up some more teas and gifts to bring home. Sherryann and her staff were wonderful! Highly recommend!
Pt Loma Tea was the perfect place for my niece and I to have a great bonding time moment. Honeeeey, we both had a lot tea to spill (If you know what I mean). It was quiet with no cell phones, no kids, no outside interruptions.. The decorations was perfect, and room was small but inviting with some smooth relaxing music to set the spilling of the tea mood. My nieceās preference for tea is caffeine and I prefer no caffeine. Pt Loma Tea selection of tea is off the charts. It was hard to decide but we both were very happy with our selection. The mini sandwiches and dessert complimented both of our tea selections very well. The two ladies that served us had a great vibe and was very warm. This Tea Partyā experience made us want to rebook for April. š¤ This is the best setting to bring your mother, get know your mother -n-luv, sisters bonding, sister-n-luv bonding, or have a one-on-one with your girlfriends, etc. Itās just a great experienceā¦
We thoroughly enjoyed the private room, so beautifully decorated with an elegant table setting and music playing softly in the background.
We were given a choice of two types of tea from an array or both regular and decaffeinated teas. The service was very personal and after our first and delicious delicacies were served, we were left to ourselves to enjoy our tea. The staff checked on us periodically to see if we needed anything and to bring our second pot of tea, but they didn't 'hover'', which we appreciated. If you would like to have a truly delicious and private afternoon tea experience, we highly recommend Point Loma Tea Room.
