Great with milk and sugar

I like my tea with a splash of milk and a spoonful of sugar, which really elevates Arroz Con Leche to the next level. It's creamy, comforting, and very slightly nutty from the popped buckwheat. This one definitely feels like drinking a dessert, and it's so good for it.
