First, our thoughts and prayers are with each of you and your family members as we navigate these uncharted waters. Please be safe and stay calm.
Second, we’d like to update you on our temporary plans to manage this challenge.
- We will keep our retail store closed until such time as the Governor of California lifts the “lock down” order announced on 3/19.
- As a result, we will suspend our offerings of Tea Workshops and Tastings for now.
- We encourage all of you to place orders online at www.PointLomaTea.com, or via email at email@example.com. Or, call 619-884-4370. We will endeavor to ship all orders within three days.
- We may experience a challenge in keeping our huge variety of teas in stock. Please bear with us if a tea you desire is not in stock for a brief period.
As many of you know and can appreciate, operating a small business is not easy under normal conditions. It takes hard work, some luck, a good team and great and loyal customers. We’ve been blessed with all of those, and I don’t take any of it for granted.
We are now in our 9th year in business at Liberty Station, and this will be our most difficult challenge. But we intend to persevere and come out stronger on the other side of this. With your help and encouragement, and your continued support, we plan to be here for many more years!
